Does it matter if Grok 3 is the best, or not?

Grok 3 is out. Elon and his xAI team is claiming that it beats GPT-4o and all other models out there, including an impressive win in Chatbot Arena. But does it mean everyone will start using Grok 3? All jump on and subscribe to X and ditch all the other AI tools out there? Not likely.

Will Elon be able to make xAI profitable? Having paid such a premium to get 200k GPUs to play quick catchup? At the moment, it is hard to tell if X/Twitter needs Grok/xAI or the other ways around.
