@AppleSupport want to replace my S5 Ceramics #AppleWatch with a S6 Titanium when fully covered under #AppleCare just because factory can’t replace the battery? What can I do? I had all ceramics watch, S2, S3 and S5, all with #Apple Care, never had issues with support. @tim_cook

.@AppleSupport want to replace my S5 Ceramics #AppleWatch with a S6 Titanium when fully covered under #AppleCare just because they can’t replace the battery? What can I do? I had all versions of ceramics watch, S2, S3 and S5, all with #Apple Care, never had issues with support.

Is it even legal for @AppleSupport to replace my S5 Ceramics #AppleWatch with a S6 Titanium when fully covered under #AppleCare just because they can’t replace the battery? I had all versions of ceramics watch, S2, S3 and S5, all with #Apple Care, never had issues with support.

@AppleSupport And more annoyingly, when I bought the headphone, AppleCare wasn’t even an option to buy. I usually buy AppleCare for products that can be easily damaged. I tried so hard to keep it in good condition. But seems like the choice of plastic makes it easily breakable. #beatsbydre
