@AppleSupport want to replace my S5 Ceramics #AppleWatch with a S6 Titanium when fully covered under #AppleCare just because factory can’t replace the battery? What can I do? I had all ceramics watch, S2, S3 and S5, all with #Apple Care, never had issues with support. @tim_cook

We actually know that SIM card is not needed, everything can be done online to register your phone. But it still took 14 years for #Apple to get rid of it, that’s how hard it is to drive change in a big industry. zdnet.com/article/iphone…
