Be careful when you buy #AppleCare. They are usually very good. But I’m having a very bad experience, over a month since I took my #AppleWatch to the store under valid AppleCare+ paid coverage, @AppleSupport still haven’t returned my watch and been ignoring my calls and emails.😭

We used to laugh at #Windows PC users about restarting PC as the solution to most problems. I still recommend that for #iPhone users today. Restart and try again. support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

@AppleSupport Went to the Store in Shanghai. They can only offer one option is to replace the whole headphone for CNY 1549 (around 200 US dollars). And all I need is to replace bits of plastic. Still disappointed that less than 18 months of normal careful use, the headphone breaks.

#macOSCatalina #iOS13 Silly bug. Please make sure you open both Notes and Reminders apps on all devices at least once to finish the update process. Otherwise you might have sync issues. discussions.apple.com/thread/2507136…
