It's funny how #USB Implementers Forum still treats security as an after-thought. http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20160412005983/en/USB-3.0-Promoter-Group-Defines-Authentication-Protocol
It's easy to forget #encryption was classed as munitions within the definition of the US export regulations back in 1990s. #FBIvsApple
It's like asking Yale to pick their own locks, why not hire other locksmiths? Ask Google to hack the iPhone for free! #Apple #FBI
It's not about if #Apple can hack their own technology to help the FBI, what's if other governments legally request for the same hack?
Trusted communication is not exclusively for baddies, #encryption is a key part of the digital trust framework. We can't allow backdoor!
Many #Android phones added fingerprint scanner in 2015, expect first hack incident in 2016? How do we change our fingerprint after?
General public can't easily understand #encryption, it is mathematics, not computer science. The digital envelope needed for all messages.

#Apple can remotely kill the #XcodeGhost hack by deleting all apps containing the malicious code.

I am worried about #Google's #OnHub, they already know a lot about my emails and searches, do they need to know about every byte I download?
Another reason why #iOS is better, you can't tinker with the system to install ad-blockers, app makers will stay on. https://x.com/SAI/status/630677897867603968
#OSX Keychain security flaw is serious. But users shouldn't install random software/malware to their computers anyway.
#GoogleNowOnTap is cool and scary at the same time. You really think they need a button to trigger the search? What do they do with #Gmail?

General public are not confused about #privacy issues with online services, free or not. It is just a good headline to beat down #Microsoft.
#Nest users are smart enough to know that #TonyFadell can't promise your privacy. He doesn't own the company anymore! Trust #Google, or not.
Adobe, MacRumours, etc, many password hacks. #Apple stays ahead of the market with system level password management in both #iOS and #OSX.
