We now live in a world, where if you have done something silly (or just unprofessional), you share the story, laugh about it (or be laughed at), and move on. Sure, everyone makes mistakes, even someone at a big tech with high salary; and there is no point in taking it far too seriously or harshly. I am sure Meta will survive, it's not their worst AI failure and she probably got more social media attention than ever.
And yes, we can use it as "what not to do" example.
